    I gladly accept returns.  Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order when you receive it and I will try to make it right.  Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.  Conditions of return:  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

    No exchanges or cancellations.

    Shipping time is 1-3 business days from when order is placed unless previous arrangements have been made with me at time of order.

    Shipped within the United States only.

    All lamps are tested and working before they are shipped.
